This form is meant to be paired with the proposal form for submitting your volunteering hours
Outside Volunteer Hours Sheet
If you have completed volunteer hours outside of an NHS sponsored event that you would like to use for NHS, you must fill out this form. Please return the completed form to Mrs. Carroll BEFORE hours are due.

This will take you to a Google Doc that contains the agenda for each NHS officer meeting. It is updated regularly with the most recent located at the top.

School Insurance

School insurance is required to be a member of NHS, the cheapest option will work :)
